1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and jilif6 (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operating under PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) regulatory oversight. These Terms govern your access to and use of the jilif6 online casino and sports betting platform, including all games, services, features, content, and applications offered through our website located at jilif6.cam and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within seven (7) calendar days may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds in accordance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering regulations.

2.2 Account Registration Process

To create a jilif6 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, email address, residential address, and payment details. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) jilif6 account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate closure of all accounts, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and permanent exclusion from the platform. jilif6 employs advanced fraud detection systems, including device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and payment pattern analysis, to identify and prevent multi-accounting.

2.3 Account Activation and Verification

Upon completing registration, you will receive a verification link via email or SMS. You must verify your account within seventy-two (72) hours to activate full functionality. Unverified accounts are subject to reduced deposit limits, restricted withdrawal capabilities, and limited access to bonuses and promotions.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Username, Password, and Authentication

You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised, you must immediately notify jilif6 customer support via live chat or email and change your password. jilif6 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access that occurs due to your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

3.2 Account Ownership and Transferability

Your jilif6 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other person or entity under any circumstances. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

3.3 Player Funds and Segregated Accounts

All player deposits are held in segregated bank accounts separate from jilif6's operational funds, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations. Your account balance represents a debt owed to you by jilif6 and does not constitute a deposit account with a financial institution. Player funds do not accrue interest.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

jilif6 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), Philippine bank transfers (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other major banks), and other payment methods as indicated on the platform. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. jilif6 reserves the right to modify deposit limits, payment methods, and processing fees at any time with notice to users.

Deposits are typically credited to your account within thirty (30) seconds for e-wallet transactions and up to two (2) hours for bank transfers. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

4.2 Withdrawal Process and Requirements

Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method as the deposit, unless that method is unavailable for withdrawals, in which case jilif6 will work with you to arrange an alternative method. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by method: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) to ten (10) minutes; bank transfers within one (1) to two (2) business days.

Before processing your first withdrawal, jilif6 may require verification documents including government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, or UMID card), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of GCash app, bank statement, or other documentation). Additional verification may be required for withdrawals exceeding PHP 50,000 in a single transaction or PHP 250,000 in a thirty-day period, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.

Bonus funds, free bet credits, and promotional winnings are subject to wagering requirements as outlined in Section 6 below and may not be withdrawn until those requirements are met. Attempts to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

jilif6 reserves the right to request additional documentation, delay withdrawals pending investigation, or report suspicious activity to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities. Players found to be engaging in money laundering or other financial crimes will have their accounts permanently closed and all funds frozen pending legal proceedings.

5. Gameplay Rules and Fair Gaming

7. Prohibited Conduct and Account Suspension

7.1 Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account;

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage or engage in chip dumping;

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify jilif6 software or game code.

7.2 Investigation and Enforcement

If jilif6 suspects a player of engaging in prohibited conduct , fraud, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law, we reserve the right to:

• Suspend or freeze the account pending investigation;
• Request additional verification documents;
• Void bets, cancel bonuses, and confiscate winnings derived from prohibited conduct;
• Permanently close the account and exclude the player from the platform;
• Report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities;
• Take legal action to recover damages or losses incurred by jilif6.

Account closure decisions are final and not subject to appeal except in cases where the player can provide clear evidence that no violation occurred.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

10.1 Service Availability and Technical Issues

jilif6 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, server upgrades, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond our control. jilif6 is not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, provided we act in good faith to restore service promptly.

10.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

The jilif6 platform and all games, services, and content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. jilif6 does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jilif6, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and game providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if jilif6 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall jilif6's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jilif6, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any rights of third parties, or your violation of any applicable law.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.2 PAGCOR Dispute Resolution

If you remain dissatisfied with jilif6's resolution of your complaint, you have the right to file a formal complaint with PAGCOR, the regulatory authority overseeing jilif6's operations. PAGCOR's decision on any dispute shall be final and binding on both parties.

11.3 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms or your use of the jilif6 platform shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Amendments to Terms

jilif6 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time in our sole discretion. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to users via email, on-platform notification, or prominent notice on the website at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required by law or regulatory directive, in which case they may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the jilif6 platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account by contacting customer support. Any funds remaining in your account at the time of closure will be withdrawn and returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements.
